I am a painter living and working in North Bedfordshire, in the UK. I work in oil and as much as possible from life. Before becoming a full time painter I worked in the British film industry as a digital concept artist designing props and sets, and depicting action sequences. 

When painting I focus my attention on the atmospheric light and movement of my subjects. In contrast to a photograph or realist style I concentrate on attempting to capture the feeling the scene or subject gives me, which I hope gives my paintings life.
